i am always checking monday opening market for usd/jpy only.
sometime it is easy to get some pips at the opening if i have any news during weekend, market will be opening with gaps that might give me some idea which is short term trend. or if i did not see any news during weekend but it still the gaps, that will be back to the price at end of friday(this is easiest one).
1,if i see some gap 30-50pips with some weekend news i had.
i will find which way suppose to go then follow that trend but it is only scalping style.
2,if i see some gap 30-50pips with no news during weekend,
that will come back to the point at end of friday.
i will find out turning point by 1min chart to have position until price end of friday.
3, if i see under 20pips or over 50 gap , i am just watching how it moves.
